[Yak] Rear Light Mounting

I'm going to start to use my Pocket Rocket for commuting and wanted to know where people mount their rear LED lights.

I have a Carradice Nelson Long Flap that I use for my gear, and I put my spare tube and tire levers in the water bottle at the rear (link to picture below). Therefore, that doesn't leave much real estate for rear lights. I've put a Cateye TL-LD600 between the Carradice and water bottle, which seems to work well.

On my "regular" bikes I like to have a backup LED on one of the seat stays. The Vistalite 7 LED Eclipse works rather well for that. However, on a Friday, the angle of the seat stays makes this problematic - unless you mount the light pretty low (as in the link to my picture below).

I've been thinking of mounting a Cateye rear LED light (such as the TL-LD250) on the left seat stay. It seems like only the Cateyes have mounting brackets that have enough adjustment to work with the Friday seat stays. Furthermore, Cateye sells mounting brackets small enough for the small diameter of the seat stays.

Anyone have any experience with mounting this light (or a brighter one) on the seat stays? Any other issues that I should worry about (such as foldability)?
