[Yak] Swallow Cruiser HS228 tires

Any one know... are these still made?

Mine came OEQ on a 1990 (approx) Moulton; rear 20x1.75", front 20x1.5"
[current thinking is these should be reversed?]. I also have several sets of
these in 26" for Montague bikes. They are my favorites for hybrid use as
they seem good on pavement, but good enough for the light sand, dirt, light
gravel casual trails we encounter on vacations. (We travel by auto, getting
our BF's out when the occasion strikes). I was surprised to see the Swallow
brand name... I think those that came on our Montagues carry an Asian name.
