Lynette,
The excellent BF website was the ONLY reason that we recently bought our
tandem from BF. Being across the Atlantic there are compelling reasons to
not even consider doing this transaction. However, our need for a folding
bike, the excellent website and customer references persuaded us to
investigate. Once we did that we were hooked and haven't been
disappointed!!!! In fact I made the observation to one admirer of our new
bike that without the website a company like Bike Friday would probably only
be known in their locality and not across the world. I guess that is why
you folks put so much effort into it!!! It certainly seems to work for BF
and your customers.
Peter.

Received this nice email from a reader:
What I find impressive is how frequently it [BF website] is updated
with quality material. Many companies have an impressive looking
website on launch and then the website is never/rarely updated. After
seeing the website once, why should potential customers go back again?
Maybe if there is no news, nothing of interest is going on? Etc.
The BF website is very dynamic with content added regularly. Im sure
it is hard to keep up. Im also sure that a lot (all?) of the visitors
enjoy the resulting Bike Friday experience and community.
Also, a friend of mine could be in the Bike Friday neighborhood
shortly. Could he get a tour of Bike Friday?
