Steve,

Just looking at the schedule I see no reason why your bike shouldn't be there by Christmas.  We expect to ship it before the weekend before Christmas weekend, so we should have no probs.

As for Frappr, as I said, it actually exploits Google Maps technology.  You could use this in the UK, too.  I just looked up your postal code with no problems (see maps.google.com).

Another interesting Google Maps hack can be found at http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/ .. it's a sort of manual pedometer.  If your computer fails on you or you forget to bring it, this is a great way to estimate your mileage, especially if you use the satelite imagery.  You can even track your progress along bike paths!

We're up to 56 now.  Come on, we can do better than this!!
