[Yak] Polar Heart rate info needed

A few weeks back I posted here asking about computers. I chose the sigma  
option and it has worked well... thanks.
 
Somebody wrote me about polar hear trate monitors and how to extend the  
range of the transmitter. Although I don't need this info, a friend of mine  does. 
We have looked and looked at Polar's website and cannot find the  info...
 
Would somebody please send that link to me again... Please.
