Peter -

It handles like a dream.  In fact, I prefer high speed descents with 
the trailer in tow than with out it.  The bike feels much more stable.  
My wife and I have both hit 60kph with the trailer behind us on a rough 
road and have not had to worry about "flipping the turtle."

We have kept the tires inflated at the psi recommended on the sidewall 
of the trailer tires and have had no problems (other than tired legs) 
in 3000km + of towing.
