I don't think Capreo is officially being imported into the US.  Bike
Friday is probably doing it on their own, so I'd guess that you can
get the tool from them.

Last year at Interbike (industry trade show) I asked Shimano some
questions about Capreo and no one at the booth knew anything about it.

I'd still probably do a Capreo hub if I were building a Bike Friday
now, I'd just order a cassette tool too and maybe an extra cassette or
two.
