I second Chuck's endorsement of the Planet Bike. Mine came with a hemet
mount, bar mount and headstrap (for when I'm helmetless ;)). It
operates either the 2 center LEDs, 2 outboard LEDs or all 4 steady, or
all 4 flashing. I also have a PB blinky that mounts on the back of my
helmet with a mount that keeps it level. In some states a headlight
mounted on the bike is required, and any light will do to please the
law (who rarely ticket bikes for such things). The Cateye 300 is a good
one, or you could buy 2 PBs.
