[Yak] Inner Tube for Trailer Tire

Try a motorcycle shop. When I sold BF's in the UK we used to keep them in,
probaly have some somewhere!!!!

I would like to replace my trailer inner tube with a thorn proof inner tube.
However, the tube in the trailer tire appears to be have a special stem that
is bent. I can get a thorn proof tube into the trailer tire, however, I can
not get a tire pump to fit over the stem due to the lack of space. I was
thinking that a bent extender would work. Does any one have ideas about
where a bent extender could be purchased or how to solve this problem?
