Actually, using reflectors effectively requires some knowledge and 
thought. There are many obscure ways to cripple their performance. 
There are different types of reflective material used in clothing, 
Some don't work well when wet, etc. Also, use light-colored clothing 
-- remember, no reflector works except for the driver of the car 
whose headlights are aimed at you. More details at
