[Yak] Hand Numbness

Will...am still trying to find out if any model of the Ergon's will fit on
the Touring H bars 50cm with the SRAM Dualdrive 3x9 double shifter on my Air
Glide? Last I heard was they wouldn't fit but RTI Sports GmbH seems to have
come out with newer Ergon models. Bable Fish doesn't translate their imaged
pages from the German to English.

I am satisfied with the suspension Softride PowerStem I put on my Air Glide
that I reviewed on my webpage. It did not completely get rid of my numbness
but it reduced it greatly. Depending on the stem/steering post you have now,
may make it an easier conversion than a suspension fork...joey

Try Ergon handlebar grips. I have put them on all my bikes and have been
able to stop wearing gel gloves. They spread the pressure of the handlebar
over a larger portion of the hand.

Here's a link: www.ergon-bike.com (no, I have no financial interest in
Ergon other than as a VERY satisfied customer

Also try a front suspension fork to reduce the high frequency vibration
that is passed up through the handlebars. BF has a front suspension fork on
some models (my Air Llama for one) and it may be available as an option on
other models.

Cheers,
