[Yak] where's it flat?

Hi:

I'm 63 year old woman taking my NWT with trailer to Europe for a  
month of biking. This is my first long bike trip and once I put  
weight in my trailer I realized that going up a hill wasn't yet  
option A. I'm arriving in Vienna 26th Aug and heading to Linz where  
my ex-husband is getting an award and I want to celebrate. From then  
I want to find the most flat terrain and bike for another 3 weeks  
going ever forward. From Linz through S. Germany is one option but  
I'm not so keen on the food. Like the food in Holland and I know  
Holland is flat. Where does flat start? Luxumberg? Belgium? W.  
Germany? The Mosel? The Rhine?  Anyone have a hint as to where I  
might start? I have to end up in the UK by beginning of Oct. Thanks  
for any comments. I also want to ride as much on separate bike paths.
