Hey all you BF yakkers who answered my flat world question. I'll get
a map of W. Europe and figure out where all of you are talking about.
My dutch friend says I should bike the pieterpad from Groningen in
the north to south. Anyone done that? Got to say, I feel embraced and
totally cared for by everyone at the BF store who got me ready for
this trip and you guys. I've now had the suitcase checked by two TSA
groups. It's in one piece and bike wasn't taken out of case. I'm in
the UK now and I'll proudly brave the wind and rain with the
companionship of other BFers yakking at me.
P.S. I loved the story about patching a tire with a dollar bill.
