[Yak] Gear numbers and miles per hour

Chuck asked about a simple relationship between gear numbers and speed.  
Attached is a URL to a comic I drew that gives such a relationship, but 
only for a specific pedaling cadence.  It could be helpful as a 
approximation since 84 rpm is close to a common cadence.  See the third
