[Yak] Momec Drive

Of course mixing the two -- derailer and planetary drives -- makes
sense if there is an issue with mounting a front derailer.  

With a quick search it looks like the Schlumpf drive can be bought for
~$500 while the Nexus 8 Redband for ~$200.  The Rohloff is available
for ~$1150.  While both are expensive, that is still a big difference
in price.   

Note that I recall that the Speed Drive needs a mill cutter for
installation.  So is it the case that the additional labor and tools
make up the price difference between the two alternatives?

BTW, I recall that there is a 5-speed internal drive crank that someone
installed on a Strida a few years back.  It was done in Japan so the
details are Babel Fish fuzzy.
