Hey Tomas in Portugal,
If it were me I'd strongly consider the SRAM internal rear hub. Only
one front "Chiang" ring (sorry Lynette just humoring myself), and
retain your rear gear cluster. 3X8 gives you 24 speeds which are all
usable. No cross chain issues. We have 2 NWT with 3X9 and LOVE them.
Superb set-up for a BF NWT IMO. As you've seen and heard many times
more folks have issues with that FD than anything else on a folding
bike. Get rid of the triple "Chiang" ring and consider the SRAM hub.
You won't be sorry! Call BF and see what they say?
