[Yak] Super-bright headlights

Yes they are feeble compared to what is typical in Europe.  The clarity
with which the road is lit is far better IME in European cars than in
the US.

And as for bike lights being too bright, I'm not talking about
artificial experiments in darkened rooms.  I'm talking of everyday
practical experience, out on the roads.  I've never seen a bike light
that was too bright nor had anyone complain or show annoyance at the
brightness of my HID.
