[Yak] Super-bright headlights

I assume its a regulatory thing that gives different lighting in
different countries even though the light clusters look the same

My options are correctly set.  Mail is set to digest mode and duplicate
response avoidance is set to your.  The mails I am receiving have my
name in the To field cc'd to the list.
