Ok, I just got up and testified. I sat through two hours of people talking about the cost of providing secure storage, anti terrorist cameras and staff in buildings and who's liable for it that I had to get up and tell them a folding bike makes 99% of the problem go away ... just, at the very minimum, append to measure 871 "folding bikes allowed at any time", just like Amtrak! Where the other testifiers submitted a speech to the panel, I submitted 20 copies of the tikit brochure... Its all I had. And after 3 hours I'm still the only one who has mentioned folding bikes.... Am I on another planet? I don't think you should *have* to own a folding bike. I just sincerely believe you get the tool to do the job.
