Better, yet, does anyone know of any agencies that are doing
testing/rating of bike locks (in the States)? This seems like a job for
LAB, for example, or Consumer Reports, or the bike rags.

the "best bike lock" and the "strongest bicycle lock" for high crime
areas and an expensive bike.'
And... 'No lock lasted much more than ten minutes against power tools.'
