Ryanair are quite unashamed about it.  There usual response is "what do 
you expect for the price you paid"

Having said that, if the airport is anywhere near the destination listed 
(some of them are 70 miles away in another country!) they are not bad 
but they pride themselves as being cheap as chips and give fairly short 
shrift to passengers who think they should get more than they paid for.
