[Yak] Amtrak station to PDX

Hmm. The guy at the Amtrak counter told me there was no public transportation to the airport. Very interesting. With the shuttle train that close to the Amtrak station, the pamphlet that they hand out at the airport should be changed. It indiates that you need to transfer to a bus and then walk and that the whole trip takes approximately an hour and a half. Anyway, for those inquiring minds who want to know, now you do, the shuttle train to the airport is 3500 feet from the Amtrak station. A little over a half mile. Not too bad if you are traveling light, but even so, a half mile taxi ride is better than a trip all the way to the airport for $40.
