[Yak] Triple or Tandem for Two Family Traveller -Third post

The weight limit on the Bike Friday triple is due to the brakes not the frame.  the frame will support more weight but the brakes are not good above 300 pounds.  That is why I installed hydraukic brakes on my triple.  They should be standard equipment.
