[Yak] Improper routing of hyperfold cable on tikit; and other issues

Thinking about stronger heat-shrink stuff for the hyperfold cable.  A 
quick scan suggests that 3M Heavy-Duty Polyolefin heat-shrink tubing 
might work for BF, though I don't know what the cable diameter is. It's 
available without adhesive -- we don't want adhesive -- on special 
order.  Not sure if it's strong enough, but it's the best 3M has; and 
it's nicely flexible.  Plus it's trivial stuff to install -- slip it on 
and hit with a hair drier.  BF could easily just mail a chunk to 
existing tikit owners.

Or maybe their Kynar tubing (p. 26), but it may not come small enough.
