[Yak] rims for a NWT?

Velocity makes 406 rims.  You can get them in black with a braking  
surface.

I've used Velcoity Aeroheat and Razor rims in 406 without issues.   
You can get just the rim or you can buy a whole wheel.  Pre-built  
wheels can be quite inexpensive, but I would factor in a few extra $$ 
$ to take it into a good local wheel builder and have him go over the  
spoke tension to make sure it's okay.
