I recommend Silca's mini pump, got mine through Harris Cyclery, with their
QBP browsing links.

First used one years ago on a Riv weekend, and promptly chose it as my
back-up pump, after I handily inflated a 700x32 Pasela with it.  Good
volume, pressure, and solid construction. Have used worse, certainly.
