Thanks Eddie,

I copied my mail to the comments section of the blog and she responded 
to it to say that it was the Tubus rack.  Her rear rack was the custom 
one.  But in fact any rear rack would fit - I have a Blackburn (or 
Blackburn-lookalike) on mine and it has happilly carried the kitchen 
sink for years.
