[Yak] NWT Tire size options

I have NWT. I currently have 1.6 tires on with no clearance problems. I
have V-brakes. I "think" the standard fork on a NWT can go to 1.75.
Hopefully others will chime in. I have Alex x -101 20 X 1.5 rims.
