There was another company called A2Z making them a few years back.  They
were only for the rear triangle, and I don't think they'd work that
well on a Bike Friday.

Have you considered drum brakes?  They are even better weather sealed
than disk brakes.  The new 90mm ones from Sturmey-Archer should work
very well.  I have a 70mm drum brake on my cargo bike and like it
better than the disk brake on my tandem.
