[Yak] How to attach U lock to NWT

I put my U lock clip on the stem, out diagonally to the right, and
with the clip on the lock rotated back to the left, so the lock is
centered, U down.  I also have a bottle carrier next to it, used mostly
for carrying a coffee cup vertically.

   I can't figure out a place for the clip attachment that came with the  
   lock and it isn't a terribly elegant solution anyway, so I've tried a  
   number of other options.
