[Yak] Bike Advice - NWT, Pocket Rocket or Rocket Llama?

I'm currently running a tire labeled 20x1.95"/54-406 on my New World
Tourist, after my Greenspeed Scorchers gave out on the rough Irish
roads:

I now have a knobby 50-406 tire on the back, though to get it to fit I
had to take a knife and trim off some of the knobs. I had to deflate
it to get it past the brakes, but it works.
