[Yak] Tikit on a city bus rack?

That's interesting- some places want you to put your bike in the
outside rack first, and that's what I've been doing, with no comments
from the driver.
I use a NWT on AC buses regularly.

   =v= I've seen a tikit work on these.  There is some hassle
   with the front pannier rack, but you can work around it.
   (Note that AC Transit has the older 2-bike Sportsracks
   rather than the newre 3-bike racks, but those work, too.)

   a search on their website.  Never found a folding bike policy
   there, either.
