No, it wasn't a CR18, it was a rim marked "Made in Australia" but no brand name on it

In checking the rim I also checked the original picture of the bike and it was a THREE-cross lacing (NOT a TWO-cross as I previously posted)

The rim also cracked on the inside of the rim between the valve stem hole and the two adjacent spoke holes, which of course is on the opposite side of the rim from the seam.
